Aureus Jewelry: Returns & Exchanges

At Aureus Jewelry, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. We understand that sometimes a piece may not be exactly what you envisioned, or you may need a different size. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, please review our return and exchange policies below.

Returns:

  • Eligibility:
    • You may return unworn and undamaged items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or store credit.
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
    • Customized or engraved items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.
  • Return Process:
    1. Initiate a Return: Please contact our customer service team at info@aureus-jewelry.com to initiate a return request. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
    2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, please ship it out to: 11870 Santa Monica Blvd Suite 106491 Los Angeles, CA 90025
    3. Package Your Return: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories. Clearly write your original order number on the outside of the package.   
    4. Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
    5. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund Options:
    • Full refund to the original payment method.
    • Store credit for future purchases.

Exchanges:

  • Eligibility:
    • You may exchange unworn and undamaged items within 30 days of the delivery date for a different size or style, subject to availability.
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
    • Customized or engraved items are not eligible for exchanges unless they are defective.
  • Exchange Process:
    1. Initiate an Exchange: Please contact our customer service team at info@aureus-jewelry.com to initiate an exchange request. Provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the item you would like to receive in exchange.

    3. Package Your Exchange: Securely package the item in its original packaging. Clearly write your original order number on the outside of the package.
    4. Ship Your Exchange: Ship the package to the address provided in the exchange instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
    5. Exchange Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you, subject to availability. If the new item is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If it is of a lower value, we will refund the difference.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@aureus-jewelry.com. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item for a full refund or exchange.   

Important Notes:

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
  • Please allow 4-5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns and exchanges.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
